IT and Information Services tell us there is a problem affecting some computers across Goldsmiths (mostly Macs). This is to do with a problem with Domain Name Server settings (DNS). The result is that learn.gold cannot be accessed, although other web sites may load correctly.
If you can't see learn.gold, but everything else is working, you should reset the DNS settings on your computer manually to: 10.0.20.12 and 10.0.20.10
If you need help doing that, contact the IT helpdesk or if it's a laptop - take it along to them.
Learn.gold is running normally and is stable.
