The TaLIC Teaching & Learning Fellowship scheme is an annual award to academic staff at Goldsmiths that enables the holder/s to undertake a project on
behalf of their School or department that looks to explore innovation in
relation to their teaching, learning and assessment practice.
There is an ‘open call’ for individual fellowship projects
impacting at the Departmental level (‘strand 1’), a larger project
proposal affecting more than one Department, or at the School level
(‘strand 2’). In addition TaLIC encourages bids
for specifically nominated areas.
Award holders will be released from part of their teaching duties in order to focus on their project. For this reason the Head of Department and Chair of the Learning
and Teaching Committee must support the application.
