Design for learning

Design for learning is an integration of pedagogical best practice with current learning theories. Another term commonly used is 'instructional design'.   Learning design is at the heart of all teaching and involves making decisions on what, when, where and how to teach. In the context of online or technology enhanced learning this means to utilise best practice models to aid and support learning.
